sk777 reserves the right to decline any registration application at its sole discretion without being required to provide a reason. Registration is void where prohibited by applicable law.

Your sk777 account is personal to you. You are fully responsible for maintaining the confidentiality and security of your login credentials, including your username, password, and any two-factor authentication codes associated with your account. You must not share your account credentials with any other person under any circumstances.

sk777 operates a strict one account per player policy. Each player may hold only one active sk777 account at any given time. Creating multiple accounts — whether under the same identity or different identities — is prohibited and constitutes fraud. sk777 employs device fingerprinting, IP monitoring, and payment method cross-referencing to identify duplicate accounts. You are responsible for all activity that occurs under your account. sk777 reserves the right to suspend or permanently close accounts that are inactive for a period of 12 consecutive months. Prior to any closure, sk777 will make reasonable efforts to contact you using your registered email address. General bonus conditions that apply to all sk777 promotions unless stated otherwise:

• Bonuses are available to registered, verified players who are 21 years of age or older.
• Each promotion is limited to one claim per player, per household, per device, and per IP address, unless the promotion terms explicitly state otherwise.

• Modify, adapt, translate, or create derivative works based on sk777 content.

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable Philippine law, sk777 excludes all liability for any direct, indirect, incidental, consequential, special, or punitive damages arising from your use of the sk777 platform, including but not limited to:

• Losses incurred as a result of gambling outcomes, whether or not the games functioned as expected.
• Losses resulting from technical failures, server downtime, internet connectivity issues, or interruptions to the sk777 service.
• Losses resulting from delays in deposit or withdrawal processing due to third-party payment providers.

These Terms and Conditions, and any dispute or claim arising out of or in connection with them or their subject matter or formation, shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of the Philippines, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.

Any dispute arising between you and sk777 in connection with these Terms or your use of the sk777 platform shall first be subject to good-faith negotiation between the parties. If the dispute cannot be resolved through negotiation within 30 days, it shall be submitted to the jurisdiction of the appropriate courts of the Philippines.

Where a dispute relates to the fairness of a specific game outcome or the operation of a specific game, sk777 may refer the dispute to the relevant game provider or to PAGCOR for independent review, in accordance with PAGCOR's dispute resolution procedures for licensed online gaming operators.

Nothing in this clause prevents either party from seeking urgent injunctive or other equitable relief from a court of competent jurisdiction to prevent imminent harm pending resolution of a dispute.
